Again - Comey didn't DECLINE A REINSTATEMENT; He chose not to request a check and security clearance reinstatement. Horowitz didn't make an offer that was declined by Comey....

Why in the **** would someone that had their clearance revoked as by trump, request clearance? Doing the check/clearance would have been of no value to Comey or Baker.
