That's pretty much where we have been and exactly where we are today.

Pinkel redshirted many of his recruits and gave them time to be physically ready and have that extra year of coaching under their belt. Highly gifted athletes were used right out of the gate usually though.

I believe the recruiting was close to the same as Pinkel's standard but I don't think Odom was developing the players like Pinkel did.
