Expectations Should be the following

1) Schedule is really about the same as this year with exception that BYU is an upgrade to say Wyoming. Its essentially the same players same level of schedule. The coach is going to be able to do some recruiting and look at the portal to fill in some gaps.

Record wise I think we should expect 6-6 to 8-5 if he's a better coach that Odom.

2) Odom has been terrible at recruiting. His senior groups should get worse and worse as the years ago by... there was still a handful of Pinkel recruits left over this year. Starting next year its 100% Odom recruits. So we shouldn't hold this coach accountable for Barry's bad recruiting. Again I still think he should finish 6-6 if he's a better coach than Barry.

3) We should also expect that he makes a QB move... is the future QB on the roster, an incoming Barry recruit or do we need to go out and get one? This should be determined quickly and we'll know in next years recruiting class when he goes heavy after a quarterback or not.

4) We should expect him to hire better coaches that jive better with development. Missouri is never going to out-recruit Alabama. With that being said we should be able to get more 4 star or better guys. Most of our guys are going to be 3 star... you have to develop.

The Denver Broncos blasted BARRY for not doing a better job developing Drew Lock. We should expect more NFL players due to being developed into better players.

5) By year 3 we should expect 8-6 to 10-4 every season with a bowl game.

6) We should expect and demand this new coach make their FOCUS recruiting Missouri players, and poaching Kansas, Nebraska, Illinois, Arkansas, Iowa, Indiana, we need to focus on the MidWest players.

7) We should expect this new coach to reach out to the fan base and get us FIRED UP starting tomorrow. Don't hold back tell us why we need to get behind him and just our support behind his program.

I expect some headlines to fire up the base!

Lastly I expect that Mizzou fans will buy some tickets and support the program. I support this hire and am willing to give the guy 3 years to show he's going in the right direction.
