until you see how they do. Heck, every hire is that way. I've hired folks that looked on paper like they'd be great, only to have no drive and fizzle. I've hired folks that didn't look as good on paper that worked their tails off and progressed. You just don't know until they get in the job and make an attempt to do it.

The guy is reported to be bright and obviously, he has coaching connections. He may bring his staff, but there may be those that don't want to move. He may keep folks from the current staff or he may want a clean slate. It's his job to do, we should let him try and then evaluate whether we're happy with the decision.

As far as Sterk's job, he checked the boxes and it's a good decision. Now we'll see if it works out.
