Schiff has nothing to do with it. Apparently, articles of impeachment will get to the Senate a week prior to Christmas - Exactly on the time table I said that it would. Schiff has not been under oath "making statements". It is moronic - and chances are he will hold his own. McConnell has hinted that no Senators will speak during the trial - so this idea that you are going to get some of those moron histrionic right wingers trying to corner him is simply wrong. And my guess is that Schiff could hold his own with those clowns. Justice Roberts might rule that going after Schiff is not in the purview of an impeachment trial. You think Nixon should have gone after Peter Rodino? Ha ha ha
