I have been the personal physician of Mr Donald J. Trump since 1980. His previous physician was my father, Dr Jacob Bornstein. Over the past 39 years, I am pleased to report that Mr Trump has had no significant medical problems. Mr Trump has had a recent complete medical examination that showed only positive results. Actually, his blood pressure, 110/65, and laboratory test results were astonishingly excellent.
Over the past twelve months, he has lost at least fifteen pounds, Mr Trump takes 81 mg of aspirin daily and a low dose of a statin. His PSA test score is 0.15 (very low). His physical strength and stamina are extraordinary.
Mr Trump has suffered no form of cancer, has never had a hip, knee or shoulder replacement or any other orthopaedic surgery. His only surgery was an appendectomy at age ten. His cardiovascular status is excellent. He has no history of ever using alcohol or tobacco products."

The use of over the top words are a dead give away... he writes slightly better than how he talks (considering when he talks it's often just word vomit), however he uses big, exaggeratory, words every single time he speaks, or writes.
The dude reminds me of a puffer fish (thanks to the shack Breaking Bad is in my head). When he's mad he will blow up and puff out his chest and act tough, but that's an act, he's insecure as all hell. You can tell this by how sensitive he is when something does not go his way, he will go on a tirade that can last for days at a time, he will hold a press conference, he will get on twitter, he will literally make fun of the person who slighted him like a school yard elementary school bully. He does these things because he needs to find a sympathetic audience who will agree with him so he can reaffirm his belief that he and his opinion is correct.
Also... who can ever forget his great and unmatched wisdom tweet when it came to him allowing Turkey to kill one of very few allies in the Middle East. Who could ever forget his epic meltdown over "ACTIVIST JUDGES" who shut down his illegal muslim ban.
