Sorry but you are extremely wrong, unless you, a person incapable of using google, knows more than Crowdstrike, FBI, CIA, Fidelis, and FireEye... Fancy Bear is a notorious Russian hacking group, possibly state-backed at that.
This **** stinks, and the only people who can't seem to smell it are the folks that benefited from it and their army of useful idiots.
