Barry will be HC as long Barry wants to be head coach.
That'll boost recruiting as much as possible, take any potential power the occasional miscreant player may think they wield, and generally set Mizzou apart from every other knee-jerk program in the country.
Everyone can relax.
The trolls can retire, after all, NOTHING they could ever say will possibly lead to a firing.
And what about team results? It's likely that Barry is going to do about as good as anyone else Mizzou leadership thinks it can get or is willing to offer.
That doesn't mean Mizzou couldn't do better, just that they're not likely to both find the correct candidate and offer the right amount to get that person.
