With Walters being a 1st yr DC and Dooley being a 2nd yr play caller and with Hill's inexp. coaching spec. teams...the lack of exp. coaches coor O and D is not a great compliment to a HC in his first gig...I really want to see Barry flourish and stay, but he doesn't seem to be able to " coach " his assts.....

Please explain why this message is being reported.
