a young, 5 yr HC of a minor school who has been very successful and exhibits promise in many ways over any 20 yr HC of a P5 school who has been mediocre in his career, at least as to W-L.

I don't understand this worshipping of "experience" all the time.

Taking a chance, is such it is, can pay off big time.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
