you have stated then the Ukrainians knew the funds were being withheld. If Trump told them the funds were being withheld until an investigation into Biden was restarted why would the Ukrainians be asking about those funds in August?

You cannot believe there was a quid pro quo AND the statement you just posted about them inquiring into the missing funds.
