Yes, it would be partly him. But sure as hell not all him. Why, I don't know.

Other than, ALL refs screw ALL bigs inside when a ball carrier or shooter makes contact with them. They can be upright and motionless for 5 minutes, but contact, they're knocked on the floor and its.........a block.

I'm so sick of indifferent incompetence.
