antenna that is my backup for Chiefs games if I lose internet. Obviously those channels are free, but no one in the world can get ESPN, and thus SEC/SEC+, over the air. Mizzou basketball games from here on out are worst-case on SEC+, NOT ESPN+, which costs more money. So yes, I pay for the games, as part of the $50 a month I pay for YouTube TV, which also means I pay for Chiefs games and Royals games, too, but not in addition to the $50, just like I also pay $50 a month for channel 41, or 5, or 9, etc....in KC as part of the package
