When a person does heroin they're zonked out almost immediately, they wouldn't be able to give themselves NARCAN. You're advocating death to drug users.... Are you also a fan of Duerte?
Also, finally, 99% of heroin users are people who were suffered some sort of injury and they were put on pain killers but then were cut off from the pain killers for one reason or another. The pain was still there, so they had to turn to the black market and pop pills.
Pill popping is extremely expensive, so once these poor souls ran out of cash for their pills they turned to heroin. Then fent came onto the scene and started killing people.
No heroin addict WANTS to be on heroin. And quitting heroin is almost impossible, you will become physically ill, you will run fevers, cold sweats, you won't be able to sleep. It is horrible, and perhaps you should show a bit of compassion and empathy.
TLDR: Most of these addicts that you dislike are normal people who were screwed over by their doctor or insurance. They want to quit but cant for whatever reason. Stop being a douche.
