The savings to society would be huge. Would there be more addicts? Yes. My comment stands. If they won't respond to rehab, give the drugs for free, at almost no cost. Reduces theft and they'll leave us alone if they get their drug.
Its time we actually held people responsible to SOME extent for their own irresponsibility.
And, no way in hell are WE going to stop the Mexican cartels, regardless of Trump's glorified promises.
