Too bad you are too stupid to recognize the problems with maintaining a sexual relationship with an employee.

Or the other employees and the stress it induces in their lives because they have to fear being approached sexually, or they get treated differently because they reject sexual advances, or the employee in question was brought on board just because of their sexual relationship with the boss.
