hmm..opiods are illegal..yet killing tens of thousands now...should we make them more illegal? My side?? LOL
I think checkpoints are a good idea...but only to serve to ensure they are not bringing in disease and other potential harmful like substances....people can come and go as they please....and if that is the case, they will use the checkpoints.
