Do all House Democrats have access to the transcripts (regardless of committee placement?). If not, then the non-Committee member R's are in no different shape than the non-Committee Member D's, and would seem to have no basis for their "I'm being left out" whines. If the Dems have them, then I think that the need for secrecy cited by the Committees falls flat and they should be provided to all.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
