before the fact it is hard to determine ahead of the greatness but surely there is vetting process that can help the judgement process. I doubt if we do a good job of that. I guarantee there are successful coaches at much lower levels that have shown what it takes to be a success. The game is basically the same at any level. That includes the coaching of it.

We probably need to take a chance.
