but he gets 75% - 80% of the job done (developing players) but can't get the discipline and game coaching skills down.

Yes, he cleaned up GP's mess and with the help of Lock and a week schedule (see UF, UT, Arky, etc) he got to bowl games (and lost in stupid/sloppy fashion). He's not the guy........I really thought he would get to 10 wins this year but I expect 3 more loses with blow outs at UG and by UF...If he gets to 7 - 5 he should still be fired...
