in the UK despite what your stupid link claims. It purposefully obfuscates what "approved" means. Approved only applies to substances that are regulated.
Just like vitamins are not regulated in the US, SARMs are not regulated in the UK. You can walk into a supplement store there and buy them off the shelf.
The US laws are that any supplement that is not shown to be derived from plants naturally is automatically regulated and requires approval. UK doesn't have a law worded that way.
The FDA is not a trustworthy organization. They allow cigarettes, but regulate e-cigs. The FDA approved fen-phen which causes heart valve issues in one third of the people who took it.
