If I were in charge, I would start with the premise that we are going to bring substantial change to the pre-packaged food industry that has led to millions of deaths and severe health consequences unless some evidence would cause me to change my mind. It is no different than how the smoking industry has destroyed so many lives. Our poor health will eventually cause our economy to implode.
The American food industry has preyed upon the public, making fake food saltier, fattier, and with more sugar with no regard to the consequences, creating food addicts who are literally eating themselves into severe health problems and an early grave at a huge expense to our society.
