When given the freedom to do so they tend to be all over the place. If a kid cannot determine whether to dress as a male or female why would we let them make the life-altering decision to radically change their body?
Once they are old enough to make an informed, rational decision I don't care what they do. Don't mutilate children, let them make that decision as adults.
