investigate Russian interference and generate reports for congress and the next administration. Is that being disputed by anyone? Of course Obama would be the person to direct people to create reports for congress. His intelligence agencies were the ones who would be doing it.

Clapper mentions nothing about Trump and only discusses Russian interference/meddling. Of course, Obama directed him to create reports for congress on their interference!
