If you no longer had health insurance premiums or copays, how much would you tolerate your tax rate increasing to compensate for that? 5%, 10%, 25% ? or I don't want to trade higher taxes for no premiums and copays,

I guess you could also guesstimate how much you spend a year in premiums and copays. How much is that?
