instances where Clinton broke the law. You can argue whether they rose to High Crimes or not but there were definitely criminal actions.

Muller did not identify a single instance where he claimed that Trump committed a crime and no one has actually suggested that Trump's conversation with the Ukraine President contained criminal activity.

I believe that the Clinton impeachment was a mistake but it was not purely political, the actions against Trump are.
