has committed high crimes and misdemeanors, and the Senate votes by a 2/3 majority to remove the president from office, the Supreme Court is likely to determine what the House has concluded, and the Senate affirmed, as high crime and misdemeanors, is NOT and therefore reinstate the President?

That's about as likely to happen as for me to grow a third big toe in the next twenty minutes
