We just value the live experience more than they do.

I'm still going with the University should be marketing to columbia area residents more than they do. Between students and residents, attendance should never fall below 35 to 40k. Then you only need to pull in 30kish from fans across the state and beyond.

Giving residents really cheap seats would be better than having them go empty (in my opinion).
