The forced timeouts during change of possession are a problem everywhere. Fans in the stands wait and wait and wait for the play to begin again. It's not as bad when watching on TV at home. You can at least leave the room, grab a drink, a snack, go to the bathroom. That's the price we pay for all that ESPN money.

Weather during the Arkansas game last year was a real issue. And the threat of bad weather last week vs. USC didn't help.

Also, in Mizzou's case, the Tigers lost a chunk of the fan base during the 2015 fiasco. It looks like it's being rebuilt, but that takes a while.
