in comparison to the staff. Sure they want to rack up on all the highly ranked locals but their main concern and the 1 their job hinges on is getting good players that will help build a winner. The higher ranked local players aren't the only 1's to help accomplish that. I remember when the question was put to CM when he was initially hired about building the local recruiting profile, CM responded Mizzou wants to establish an international profile. Good players are every where.
