is not THAT far off a qualifying time today (a 10.4 can get you in).
I'm sure the timing back then wasn't quite as precise, but it's still pretty impressive. The world record has fallen quite a bit, but he'd still be considered one of the fastest humans in the world.
Pretty impressive 100 years later.
