No one else. It was ALL, ALL Bush that did that and did Iraq.

Starting wars are so easy, big tough America - but getting out, finishing a war - so hard to do. And you cannot hold those that came after the initiator of the war as you do those who come after. Neither Obama or Trump are responsible for this quandary.

Bush, Cheney and Rummy are. Afghan is undefeated on their home court. Unbeaten in History. Pretty stupid move to invade. And Afghan didn't fly into any buildings.
