maintain an airbase in the country with the sole purpose to take out any group (Taliban/Al Queda) that tries to get a foothold to promote and formulate terrorism (drones/air strikes)...Could the air base set up an impenetrable perimeter so it cannot be attacked, bombed, etc...Same in Iraq...

Please explain why this message is being reported.
