Lower standards bring resentment, division, poor performance on the job, and the need to walk on egg shells when attempting the “open and honest” conversation race.

If the socialists really want the police force to look like the community they serve, they should have rapists, murderers, thugs, gang members, and car jackers on the force.
Socialists don’t think blacks are as smart as whites. They must have lower standards in order to achieve the Holy Grail of diversity.
Of course, after they bring in more semi literate incompetent colored people, they will have to promote semi literate incompetent people to be the superiors of the other semi literate people, because colored people need to see, “successful“ colored people in their organization. Otherwise, Their feelings will be hurt. And they will complain. And they will sue people.

Nothing unites an organization, or a country, like lower standards and special accommodations for a certain recognizable part of the population.
