definitely not the mens rea for murder. I don't understand the reason for the law, but maybe the fat bastard should have followed the law and when HE CHOSE not to follow the law it would have been a good idea to not resist arrest. Anyone think of that?

Maybe your laws are the problems. Remember, that was democrats killing another democrat in a democrat state in a democrat city.
