suggesting that it shouldn't take 3-4 years to rebuild a basketball program. While it's true that you can build a winner in one year or two, to develop depth and stability on a roster takes time.

Geist is a good example of this. I love his grit, and I know CM loved him, but he was not the kind of a point guard an SEC coach would have recruited, to be perfectly honest. Yet CM needed him until he could recruit his own.

Rebuilding at Mizzou takes time - especially when coming off three historically abysmal seasons.

I like where we're headed.
