I guess it comes down to her eligibility this year

You get 5 years to participate in 4. If she is given a waiver she should be able to play again next year too.
I looked at her Tulsa stats. She participated in 3 games last year, and then transferred to Texas Tech. Technically she has played in 3 seasons. It will depend on what the NCAA rules.
Originally, it was reported here in the Columbia area by KMIZ and others she would have two years to play. Maybe they thought the waiver would be almost automatic.
It doesn’t sound like Robin was real optimistic about the waiver, so I’ll stand corrected. 😊
