though not from Stanford, I can tell you that I never had a single lesson that had anything to do with diversity or lack of diversity. Physics is about well established laws that have stood the test of time. There is absolutely no place for diversity in physics. You either understand the laws of physics or you are JG.

I would never hire a science or engineering candidate that choose to take an alternate approach. Can they be trusted if they believe the laws of physics vary depending on you culture or skin color?
