work with last year receiver-wise and the the teams he had to play (Alabama and Georgia, plus a very good Kentucky team). Bryant had at least two five star WRs, a 4 star TE, 5 star RBs, etc.
We have good players, none of them compare to those at Clemson except Albert O....who seems like he won't play a ton this year.
16:10 is 1.6; 28:8 is 3.5
Looking at it that way, Lock was more than double as good of a passing QB than Bryant.
Don't get me wrong, I think Bryant will be average and good for 180-200 yrds/game passing, probably throw 15-20 TDs and probably 8-10 INTs...but he isn't going to be lighting it up and keeping defenses as honest as Lock did.
It will be a step back because of that. Also, if Albert O doesn't stay healthy, he basically has JJ and a young receiver or two to work with.
