the issue isn't production or the corporate HQ for the companies - also note that Teva Canada does business in Canada while Teva has US Operations in Pennsylvania - it has to do with drugs/biologics approved for use in the US.

If the same drug/biologic is also approved in Canada, this idea/plan would permit importation into the US. It wouldn't involve importation of a drug/biologic which is not approved for use in the US.

You're proving you don't understand this business and regulatory sector.
