the looney ninth will uphold it but like most of their decisions it will be struck down by the SC. There is no constitutional requirement that a president release his personal returns.

You would have went into conniptions if red states would have required Obama to produce his birth certificate before being put on their ballots. And there is a constitutional requirement related to American birth.
