If you approve said techniques, perhaps you should examine your motivations.
He said what many people have said in many different contexts. If you're not happy here, get out. At home, at work, at school, in a social group, in the country, and on, and on, and on.
That message, as I understand it, generally speaking, is that people lose patience with whiners very quickly; and the real goal is to put an end to the constant undermining of the group's cohesiveness, and the lack of willingness to have constructive dialog, and to cull out those who only want to divide people within the group by sullying reputations and attacking their character, rather than constructively addressing character flaws.
In this case, it means you are worse than dead weight, but an active agent of harm who is seeking self promotion over the good of the people. That is the problem in this situation, and it has nothing to do with race.
