perhaps you should examine your motivations. Even if you buy his "love it or leave it" explanation - why should folks be forced to "love" the state and all that goes with it. Are not freedom of speech and the power of dissent key components of our democracy?

It's much ado about nothing. I don't think he's a racist necessarily. I think he wants simple sound bytes that resonate with certain groups.
