drastically cut spending everywhere, end all subsidies, continue to cut taxes (corporate tax should be zero), end all entitlements, etc.

Rand Paul had a real simple solution to start cutting spending ... start off with 1% across the board. People flipped out over that.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
