CM's tutelage. All reports seem to point to a more cohesive , talented group of individuals and, blossoming leadership from the more experienced team members.

May still take a year or two to right the ship, completely, but fan's expectations for significant improvement don't seem to be a 'reach' anymore.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
