Hospitals downtown

They ALL went out of business so now SLU and Barnes have to take them in an emergency which will drastically affect their budget

This is why all the investment is in Mo-Bap and BJC West

Yes the research is still at Barnes-Wash U but all other is West where they can get paid

Need a guvmint clinic in the city to take care of all the simple care-basic non-pays so the hospitals are not hit with that part too
