human being? As a consumer, I would fault blue bell AND the ****ty individual.

"THEY SHARE" doesn't blame blue bell for the individual licking the ice cream. Blue bell's "share" of responsibility is that they produced a product that could be licked by that ****ty individual.

How many products do you see in the dairy case/grocery store where the container opens/closes as easily as an ice cream carton? It's not many...
