If it's a bunch of power concentrated in the hands of a few ultra elitists who plunder the citizenry for their own gain, routinely try to dodge/ignore the Constitution, pass ****loads of laws and regulations restricting individual liberty, and use the maximum force of the State to do all of this, then I can tell you that we've had this here for a couple hundred years.
