and yes..it is a split second decision...not an easy one...I think many times it is the police, not the eventual victim that creates that position....it used to be police de-escalate...and now many of the videos show they escalate.

However, when you put all the blame on the criminal, and call him guilty, and say he deserves what he got....that also changes everything.
