Having to make that split second decision which can either cost you your life or take someone's away from them. That decision has to be made in the blink of an eye.


And that decision can be discussed and judged by defense attorneys, prosecutors, judges, and jurors for as much time as they need with all the resources of statutes and case law at their disposal.
